Combine yogurt and vegetables in a container at least 16oz.
Add up to a cup of water, gradually stirring into the mixture. Stop when the desired consistency is met. The mixture should not be thick; it should be easy to spoon and just be at the point where it doesn't easily clump. The consistency should be "watery yogurt" :).
Add salt and pepper and then taste. Add additional salt, water, yogurt, or vegetables as needed.
Serve over biriyani, rice, or any spicy dish that would benefit from a complement of cool freshness.
